The following spreadsheet lists the genes affected in some way by the actual or functional deletion of the genetic material located in the 15q11-q13 region. The spreadsheet can also be viewed at Google Spreadsheets. Most data is derived from (Bittel 2007) Whole genome microarray analysis of gene expression in Prader-Willi syndrome and (Bittel 2006) Whole genome microarray analysis of gene expression in an imprinting center deletion mouse model of Prader-Willi syndrome.
